Skytrain

Just because the sky is gray and wet
Does not imply that you and I should be;
There are some things we never should forget,
But more that we can pass by happily
And never think about again. The sun
Need not shine always to produce a day,
Nor in a host of memories does one
Bad thought drive our whole horde of good away.
And even that contention presupposes
That there is bad to mingle with the good;
Yet even though not everything is roses,
I have to say, on balance, that I would
Not trade away a thing we've done together
And so pooh-pooh the wind and foul weather.
